Eldorado and Mar Vista retirement apartment homes are classified by HUD as Low Income Housing, and are limited to those 62 years of age or older and able to take care of themselves, whose income is under the limits set by HUD for this area.

For our resident's health and safety, Eldorado/Mar Vista are non-smoking properties. There are no designated smoking areas on the property.
